Terms of Service

Meeplia lets you discover, create, publish, and play original two-player board games. The former executable game creator and AI-assisted code editing are permanently retired. When creation is available, only server-validated GameSpec drafts can reach private preview and publication.

Features may vary by platform, account, store, or region. We may change, suspend, or remove a feature to maintain security, integrity, or legal compliance. We will not use a routine service change as permission to erase customer data without the retention and deletion controls described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the security of your account and for what happens under it. You may sign in with Google or with an email and password. Do not share your credentials. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for abuse, fraud, or to publish unlawful, infringing, or unsafe content.

Previously generated executable game rows remain as metadata-only archives. Their stored executable payloads are not loaded or run. Only three application-owned built-ins may use separately reviewed tracked HTML with browser defense-in-depth controls. Meeplia no longer accepts, generates, or rewrites arbitrary executable game code. Owners remain responsible for the legacy metadata they keep published.

You keep ownership of games and descriptions you create. By publishing a record on Meeplia, you grant Meeplia the right to host and display its metadata as part of the service. Publishing an archived legacy record does not make its executable payload playable. You are responsible for making sure content you publish does not infringe anyone else’s rights or violate applicable law.

Premium Creator may be offered as an optional auto-renewing subscription through Apple or Google billing and RevenueCat. The app shows the product, price, renewal period, trial terms, and included generation allowance before purchase. You can restore purchases and manage or cancel the subscription through the store account that bought it. Generation credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot buy ratings, match outcomes, XP, or competitive rewards.

Meeplia is provided as available without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meeplia and its operator are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss, service interruptions, or issues in reviewed games or archived legacy metadata.
